The very first project for furnishing including furniture was taken up for the office complex of U. P Pollution Control Board, located on the fourth and fifth-floor of the PICUP building, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The office complex is located on the fourth floor. The total carpet area of office complex is about 500 sqm. The laboratory of the U. P. P. C. B. is located on the fifth floor with a carpet area of about 125 sq. m.

Another prestigious project was taken up for the Civil Aviation Department at the Airport, Lucknow in the V.IP lounge, Administrative Building and other locations consisting of interior designing, furnishing and air conditioning.

The Non Conventional Energy Development Agency awarded the work of interior designing and furnishing including furniture for the Solar House, Energy Centre, Hostel, Training Centre, Guest House and Auditorium including air conditioning of Training centre, Guest House and Auditorium. The works were completed in record time.
